Macins Group — since 2014
Founded by Praveen Pillai in Dubai, Macins Group spans fit-out construction, MEP, structural fabrication, trading, real estate, automotive, FMCG, automation, and intelligent shipping & logistics across UAE, India, KSA, and Qatar — and now the medical sector.

AM Health Hub — the health arm
Together the groups created AM Health Hub: concierge healthcare, international treatment journeys, second opinions, and air ambulance services. AmzoCare is its corporate benefits platform for UAE employers.

The story starts in 1998 with a marine engineering flagship and grows into a connected health benefits stack for Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and the wider UAE.

Aries Group is founded
Sir Sohan Roy starts Aries Group in the UAE with its flagship unit, Aries Marine — growing into one of the largest multinational conglomerates in the Middle East.

Macins Group is founded
Praveen Pillai founds the Macins Group in Dubai — fit-out construction, MEP, real estate, automotive, FMCG, automation, shipping and logistics across UAE, India, KSA and Qatar.

The groups enter healthcare
