How do UAE employees sign in?⌄
Sign in with your registered work mobile number — you'll receive a one-time password by SMS or WhatsApp. UAE Pass sign-in is rolling out.
Can I view my Daman or Nextcare e-card in the AmzoCare web app?⌄
Yes. Your digital e-card is available in the web app, including your network tier and insurer helpline details, and you can share it at the hospital front desk.
Where do I add my dependent details?⌄
Dependents appear under your profile once your HR team enrolls them. You can view their e-cards and book benefits for them from the same account.
Can I track my claims?⌄
Yes. File cashless or reimbursement claims with document upload, and track every status update in the app. Approval decisions and payouts stay with your insurer and TPA.
How do I book a doctor consult while offshore or travelling?⌄
Video consults run in your browser — no install needed. You can also message the medical-advisor chat, which hands off to a human when needed.
What should I do if my e-card is pending activation?⌄
Enrollment is managed by your HR team, so check with them first. Your card status is visible in the app and updates once your insurer confirms activation.
