Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Aries Health websites, dashboards, mobile experiences, care-navigation channels and related services made available through arieshealth.ae (collectively, the “Sites” and “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, You agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable consent forms, employer benefit documents, insurance policy wording, partner terms and any service-specific instructions communicated to You.
If You use the Services on behalf of an employer, sponsor, insurer, broker, employee, dependent or other organisation, You confirm that You are authorised to do so and to provide required information and consents.
- The Services are designed for UAE employers, employees, eligible dependents and authorised administrators.
- The Services do not replace emergency medical care or independent legal, tax, insurance or clinical advice.
- We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Sites. Continued use after the effective date means You accept the revised Terms.
Eligibility, accounts and verification
Certain Services require account creation, employer sponsorship, UAE Pass verification, Emirates ID details, work-email verification, policy membership or other eligibility checks. You must provide accurate, current and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, one-time passwords and access links, and for all actions taken through Your account or verified contact details.
Where You add employees, dependents or family members, You confirm that they are eligible under the relevant employer benefit plan or insurance policy and have authorised the collection and use of their information for the Services.
Account security
- Do not share credentials or access links with unauthorised persons.
- Notify Aries Health promptly of suspected misuse, incorrect Emirates ID records, employment-status changes or unauthorised access.
- We may suspend access where information is incomplete, fraudulent, outdated or inconsistent with insurer, employer or regulator records.
Healthcare consultations and care navigation
Aries Health may facilitate teleconsultations, in-person referrals, second opinions, care navigation, mental-wellbeing support, health checks, pharmacy coordination and wellness programs through qualified healthcare professionals and third-party providers.
Medical advice, prescriptions, certificates, referrals and clinical decisions are provided by the relevant licensed healthcare professional or facility, not by Aries Health acting as a treating physician. Availability may vary by location, specialty, plan design and clinical appropriateness.
You must provide complete and accurate health information, symptoms, medication history, allergies and relevant records. If a clinician recommends emergency or in-person care, You should follow that recommendation immediately.
Emergency care
The Sites are not for emergencies. In case of severe symptoms, accident, injury, pregnancy emergency, mental-health crisis or sudden deterioration, contact local emergency services or attend the nearest licensed healthcare facility immediately.
Insurance and employee benefits
Aries Health may support group medical insurance, employee benefits, wellness programs, policy administration, endorsements, network guidance, member onboarding, claims navigation and benefit education for UAE employers.
Insurance coverage, exclusions, waiting periods, sub-limits, co-payments, deductibles, pre-authorisation requirements, medical necessity decisions and claim outcomes are governed by the relevant insurer, third-party administrator, policy wording and applicable UAE law.
References to the UAE Insurance Authority, DHA, DOH, MOHAP, insurer portals, TPAs or healthcare regulators describe the operating context for Health insurance and healthcare services. Final regulatory obligations remain with the licensed party responsible for that activity.
Employer-sponsored benefits
- Access may depend on the employer contract, active employment status, premium payment and timely submission of member data.
- Endorsements such as additions, deletions, corrections and category changes may require Emirates ID, visa, salary, grade, dependent and policy information.
- Benefit summaries on the Sites are for convenience; policy wording and insurer confirmation prevail if there is a conflict.
Claims, documents, payments and AED billing
Aries Health may help Users understand cashless and reimbursement claim processes, collect documents, track claim status, coordinate with insurers or TPAs and explain document requirements. This support is administrative and does not guarantee claim admission, settlement or payment.
You must submit truthful, complete and timely documents, including Emirates ID, insurance card, invoices, prescriptions, discharge summaries, investigation reports, bank details and any documents requested by the insurer, TPA or healthcare provider.
All prices, premiums, co-payments, deductibles, claims values, refunds and service fees shown for UAE Services are presented in AED unless expressly stated otherwise. VAT, payment-gateway charges, bank charges or statutory levies may apply where relevant.
- Cashless approvals, reimbursement decisions and settlement timelines depend on insurer, TPA and provider rules.
- Refunds or adjustments are handled according to the applicable service, insurer, provider and payment-channel terms.
- Fraudulent, incomplete, altered or delayed submissions may lead to denial of benefits, recovery of amounts paid or account suspension.
Privacy, health data and communications
We handle personal, employment, identity, health, benefits, insurance and claims information in accordance with Our Privacy Policy, applicable UAE data-protection requirements and service-specific consents.
To deliver the Services, We may share relevant information with employers, insurers, brokers, TPAs, licensed healthcare providers, laboratories, pharmacies, wellness partners, payment providers, technology vendors and competent authorities where necessary or legally required.
Service communications may be sent by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app notifications, employer dashboards or other channels using the details provided by You or Your employer. You are responsible for keeping contact details updated.
Identity records
UAE Pass, Emirates ID, policy number, member number, employee code and claim reference information may be used to verify identity, prevent fraud, manage benefits, reconcile claims and maintain audit records.
User responsibilities
You agree to use the Sites lawfully, respectfully and only for their intended purpose. You must not misuse support channels, upload malicious code, submit false documents, impersonate another person or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
You are responsible for reviewing benefit summaries, appointment confirmations, prescriptions, invoices, claim submissions, reimbursement details and policy documents. Notify Us promptly if You identify an error or mismatch.
- Do not scrape, copy, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the Sites without written permission.
- Do not use the Services to practise medicine, sell insurance, process claims or provide regulated services without authorisation.
- Do not upload information about another person unless You have the authority and consent to do so.
Third-party providers and network access
Hospitals, clinics, doctors, laboratories, pharmacies, insurers, TPAs, wellness vendors, communication providers and payment processors are independent third parties. Their own terms, professional duties, regulatory licences, privacy notices, operating hours and cancellation rules may apply.
Network lists, appointment availability, estimated turnaround times, claim-status updates and benefit limits are provided for convenience and may change due to insurer, TPA, provider or regulatory updates.
Aries Health may coordinate with third parties but is not responsible for their independent clinical judgment, regulatory obligations, systems, pricing, service availability or final insurance decisions.
Intellectual property
The Sites, software, workflows, dashboards, text, graphics, icons, brand elements, design system, data compilations and service materials are owned by or licensed to Aries Health and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited right to access and use the Services for authorised personal or business purposes, no rights are granted to You. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, frame or create derivative works from the Sites without prior written permission.
Feedback, suggestions or comments may be used by Aries Health without restriction or compensation, provided personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service changes, suspension and termination
We may update, replace, suspend, withdraw or discontinue any part of the Sites or Services where commercially, operationally, clinically, legally or regulatorily appropriate. Features may not be available for every employer, emirate, insurer, provider network or plan.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access if You breach these Terms, misuse the Services, provide inaccurate information, create risk for other Users, or if required by an employer, insurer, provider, regulator, court or law-enforcement authority.
Termination of account access does not automatically cancel insurance coverage, erase medical records held by providers, reverse completed transactions or remove obligations that arose before termination.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided with reasonable care but, to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, clinically suitable for every situation or available at all times.
Health content, wellness recommendations, benefit summaries, premium estimates, network information, expected savings and claim-status indicators are informational and may not capture every clinical, insurance, regulatory or operational factor relevant to You.
Aries Health will not be liable for delays, denials, interruptions or losses caused by events outside Our reasonable control, including provider outages, insurer or TPA systems, payment networks, telecom failures, cyber incidents, epidemics, government action or force majeure events.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory rules that apply to a specific Service, insurer, healthcare provider, regulator or emirate.
Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through written communication and reasonable cooperation. Regulatory complaint channels, statutory remedies and urgent relief remain available where applicable.
Disputes may be referred to the competent UAE courts or authorities with jurisdiction over the matter, including healthcare, insurance, consumer-protection or data-protection regulators where required by law.
